At the Big Easy, Friday March 21, we raised $2,300 for Cystic Fibrosis research!  This was possible from a high attendance with people paying $10 for admission to either the early all ages show or the later 21-plus show.  Also contributing to the final tally were proceeds from sale of Dukkha’s Nemesis’ new CD at both shows, raffles of PCA Great Performances tickets and Portland Sea Dogs tickets, and spontaneous donations by individuals throughout the night. 

Donors and sponsors who drove attendance and made the fundraiser a success include The Big Easy, Sebago Brewing Company, Jim Begley of The Studio Portland, PCA, the Sea Dogs, Isaac Shainblum of WMPG, and the following bands:  The Heartbreak Vibe, Faster!Faster!, Highway Jackson, Sally Davis Trio, and Sly Chi.  

I’d like to thank all of the above for helping move us forward with advances in CF research.
