The Sentry has been informed that a regular contributor of
Letters to the Editor may not be using their real name. This writer–
who may turn out to be an actual person going by their actual
name–signs his letters "Brett Weir"

The most recent Brett Weir letter accused a public official of
snobbery. While snobbery at this point is not illegal, the Sentry feels
strongly that anyone who makes accusations in our newspaper about the
conduct of others  should have the courage and decency to stand by
their words.

I have emailed "Brett Weir" to ask him to resolve this issue. I hope to hear from him.
