All So. Portland residents vote in council, school board races
Editor:
As I talk with folks across South Portland the two questions I hear most are:
Can I vote for you in District four as I live in District 5 or 3 or 1?
Yes, if the council or Board of Ed. race is on your ballot, you should
vote on it. South Portland is unique in that everyone votes for all
district candidates, not just for the person who represents the one you
live in.
Where do I vote this year? I realize we have moved polling places
around in the last few years, but I think the locations used now will
meet our needs in the future.
Dist. 1 votes at the Boys and Girls Club
Dist. 2 votes at the American Legion
Dist. 3 votes at the SP Community Center
Dist. 4 votes at the SP Community Center
Dist. 5 votes at the Redbank Community Center
To request an absentee ballot, call 767-7601. If you have other
questions I can help with, call me at 799-8888 or email at mbeecher
@maine.rr.com. I love helping. I love city government. I love making a
difference.
I hope South Portlanders will look at my record and see that love of
work in my achievements. I hope you’ll consider me again for City
Council District Four.
